Charlie’s Anatomical Adventures LLC is an educational platform designed to spark curiosity and learning about the human body in young minds through engaging, interactive, and creative content. The platform combines fun storytelling with educational value, offering a range of materials centered around children’s storybooks that explain anatomy in a simple and entertaining way. We also offer coloring pages and stickers (flashcards and lesson plans with activity kits coming soon!)
Through the adventures of “Charlie” (a relatable, curious character), children are introduced to various body systems, organs, and functions in a way that’s fun, imaginative, and age-appropriate.
By blending education with creativity, Charlie’s Anatomical Adventures helps parents, educators, and healthcare professionals make science more accessible and exciting for kids, encouraging a love for learning about biology and health at an early age.
About the Author
Abbey is a current Lecturer at the University of Illinois at Chicago, a PhD student in Health Sciences at NIU, and a dog mom to a quirky yet highly energetic golden doodle named Charlie!
As a full-time anatomist who has taught a range of professional students my mission is to spark curiosity in young minds about the human body!
